Warranty

Best experience ever dealing with warranty claim. Step by step clear instructions and replacement procedures. Couldn’t ask for much more, color was incorrect, sage vs gray, but I still like it and will use it as my go to daily and camping mug!

I really appreciate that every part of this mug comes apart and can be easily cleaned. That’s one of the most important things for me when choosing drinkware. My only complaint is the size options. I wish there were a 16 oz option, because 12 oz feels too small and 24 oz is a bit too big.

Easily spills

While the mug is quite beautiful aesthetically, it does not function well. Even with everything closed and covered, and only filled half way, walking will cause spillage.
