As a woman turnin 62 in March this stuff is amazin.

I'm turnin 62 n had blood test done n all my labs. My pre diabetes is back to normal, stage 3 kidney is normal n a few others. Bein a veteran n scared of the meds we get, I usually look things up for natural stuff. I'm on my 2nd bottle n am goin to continue. Honestly even at this price n livin on a budget it's well worth it. Ohhh n has helped with my menopausal belly.

Extra Energy and Better Sleep

At 60 years old I can use a little extra energy, especially after a long day at work. I seem to be sleeping better at night as well, more relaxed and legs aren’t as restless. Codeage does well with their supplements.

Great results and quality supplement!

I have been hearing so much talk about taking magnesium if you suffer from no energy, going through menopause and etc, so of course I had to try it. I've only been taking them for a short time and I am already liking the results. I have noticed that I fall asleep faster and I am staying asleep instead of waking numerous times during the night. Also because I am staying asleep I seem to have more energy during the day. This is a good quality supplement instead of the store bought weak, who knows what all the ingredients are supplement. I will definitely be buying these again and I probably will try more of their supplements.

Helps with energy levels and sleep

I have been feeling very tired and low on energy, also not sleeping well. I went for my annual check-up, and the doctor ordered blood tests. They showed I was low in Mg, and it was suggested that I start supplementing. I wasn't sure which kind to get, there are so many out there. But when I came across this one that also included B6, which my doctor also recommended I supplement to try to help my energy levels, I thought I'd give it a try. This is a trustworthy brand, and I know this is a high quality supplement. I do feel like my energy levels and sleep patterns have improved in the 2 weeks I have been taking this.
