Item Never Received!!

As a number of other reviews mentioned, these boots never arrived!! They claimed that they were delivered to/in the mailbox over 3 weeks ago, but they never were!! These were size 11 rain boots! They don’t fit in a mailbox!! Please order with caution! These are NOT sold by Macys, they’re sold by a 3rd party! I reached out to Macy’s customer service when they never showed up, but they do nothing but contact the seller who does not respond to you! I’ve reached out twice now! Macy’s will not do anything to help you remediate the situation!! Do not gamble with your money! I don’t know if this is a scam seller or what but be wary! Find boots elsewhere from a reputable and reliable source! I gambled hoping for the best and lost, it’s not worth it.

Love!

I love my rain boots. At first, I thought they were too big for my legs, but I was able to adjust them and now they're perfect. I got several compliments and I feel like a 5-year old little girl with them on. LOL.

Macy's is going down. More store will be closing

The boots are very nice and I truly like them. However, the shipping and packaging were very disappointing. The boots were simply placed in a plastic bag with no box or protective packaging at all. Receiving boots this way is frustrating, especially since there is no box included to store them when they are not being used. Proper packaging is important not only to protect the product during shipping but also to allow customers to store their boots safely. I I need a box for my boots!!!

Great for the price.

Nice quality, good fit. Best price anywhere. My only criticism would be the calf buckle is hard to adjust.

Love, love, love

Fit right out of the box! I love these, not because they are beautiful (which they are), I love them because they are very comfortable. Lightweight, not sloppy while walking, and tall (not so tall they affect wear), and at 5’2” no problem. They have an adjustable buckle for a larger calf.

GREAT GARDEN BOOTS!!

Love the vibrant colors on these garden boots! I ordered an 8 as I thought a 7 would be too tight. The 8 is a little bit large but I’m getting some “heel cups” to make them fit better. The price was great at the time, now they are back up to full price. Lucky me! I do tons of yard work - sure isn’t “work” to me - the boots will be just what I needed!
