Terrible!!

We have had this for the last year and a half and it has been terrible the entire time. The wheels do not work at all. It refuses to move unless it is on carpet. This thing absolutely sucks

Perfect High Chair

I work in an infant room in a child development center. I needed something easy to clean. I found this high chair and fell in love. I bought 2 more for a total of three. There is a plastic raised area on the seat so the babies won't slip down and the harness makes this chair extra safe for our precious babies. Also, there are two ways to take the tray off. Two handed and one handed center release which is incredibly helpful when your holding a baby. Easy clean up was a must because feeding time is messy beyond words and it all just wipes clean. Also, the white plastic doesn't stain even when they eat blueberries. It's the only high chair I will use again.

Very frustrated

Ok as a highchair, but not that easy to clean.

It's ok as a highchair. Its not easy to clean though. The straps are constantly stuck though. I always need help to remove them. Right now I can't get them out. You really should make the straps easier to remove. I'm in tears right now trying to get them out. I keep pulling on them with pliers and I'm sure I'm going to get hurt if I continue trying.

Great Chair, But Will Never Purchase Again

Great high chair. Easy to clean. Takes up space, but fairly easy to move around. Only drawback, and the reason I'll never buy this brand again, is they don't sell replacement parts. How is my child supposed to grow with this if I can't keep it maintained?

Had to cut baby out of straps

We have had this high chair for 2 months for our grandbaby. She has used it 3 times. Each time we have used it the place you snap the straps into would not release to get her out. We had to work with it and finally it would release. This last time we had her in there the straps wouldn’t release. We had several people at the house and they tried as well. After 30 mins we finally gave up and cut the straps to get her out.

Seat pad/back insert rolling inward

This high chair makes so much sense, 3 in 1, can use it forever…so worth it….EXCEPT for such a issue that shouldn’t occur. The seat pad/back (grey foam pieces) have folded inward, after about 2 months of use. At first it wasn’t a big deal, but now that my son is getting bigger the seat pad digs into his hips/thighs on both sides and the seat back pad digs into his shoulder only on the one side that’s rolled inward. SO annoying! I’ve found there are no replacements you can buy (not that you should, if it’s just going to happen again). So disappointed with this product.

Cushion Flaw

Same issue others are having with the grey seat cushion bending/rolling inward after a few months use. Makes it uncomfortable and bothersome to baby and inhibits his ability to self feed because the flaps are constantly in the way. Very disappointed in the materials. Otherwise, we really enjoy this multifunctional and easy to use chair.
