Love the functions, hate the “adjustability”

I LOVE the seat overall, the functions for rocker and bouncer and even toddler stationary seat, however, the website and owners manual boast of an “easily removable infant bolster” and until today I pretty much loved everything about this seat! But we brought it back out for my daughter to use as a stationary toddler seat and I wanted to take out the infant insert since she’s 2. It took me over an hour to figure out how and get it accomplished! For 1) the owner’s manual does not show you how to remove the “easily removable infant bolster”, and 2) this website states in multiple places that it’s easily removed. It took SO MUCH force to finally get the strap threaded back out of the anchors in the back, once I finally narrowed down that that was the only possible way the straps could be undone, it took over 20 minutes of wiggling and forcing the end of the strap through the anchors! Not at all easy!

Great product, until it needs laundering!

I’ve been using this daily for my grandson. I love that you only need 1 battery (which I use a AA rechargeable and a C battery spacer). I had to take it apart to wash it today and spent 30min fighting to get the nylon straps through the plastic clasps.

Great for small spaces

I love how versatile it can be! I love that it can be used multiple ways considering we anre limited on space due to my toddler having so many toys taking up our living room. Although I’m now missing the toy bar and don’t know how to get a replacement.

Can’t remove the seat to wash it!

Was great….until it needed washed. The straps are IMPOSSIBLE to feed back through so you can remove the insert and cloth seat for washing. We all have sore thumbs from fighting this thing. Booooo!
