Too tight- no flare

Skirt is super cute but too tight. It could use more flare on it to be more forgiving for a little belly pooch. It was flattering on me. If you are really thin it would be adorable

Flirty fun.

Trying to match top I need a coordinated bottom for. Blues not correct, but found one of their newer print tops in Palm prints four leaf clover that worked really well. Don't care for tops that are exact same solid color. The reviews sum it up, size down, super cute and not dowdy.
