Terrible quality. The parent monitor dies in about 45 minutes. Now it needs to be plugged in constantly to work. Go with another baby monitor. The cry assist really isn’t anything but stressful and not helpful.

Bad experience
Everything works fine except the main purpose of this product - the monitor screen gets offline and disconnects to the camera every few minutes! It’s disappointing and frustrating because we spend a lot of money for it. Hope someone from the support will see it and help us

Horrible Parent Screen /battery
I loved this monitor and then the parent screen stopped holding a charge. We thought it was just a one time thing and since we liked the monitor we decided to get another one. We have had the new one for a few months and now the parent screen is all black and won’t turn on. It’s extremely frustrating as this is the device we use for babysitters as we didn’t want them having access on their phones. There needs to be a major update or fix to this parent screen, we have to now consider a different brand for monitors.

Easy set up, great camera
After a few days, we ended up moving the monitor to our toddlers room to take full advantage of the camera being able to move so far left or right, we could see her entire room while she was playing and moving around vs. our baby that is just in his crib. So this is a REALLY great toddler monitor. The parent display is really user friendly, and even has an automatic function where the display turns off but the sound still plays which is great for overnight where you just need to hear them. Our only complaint was that we could never get the app feature to work on our phones to be able to check the camera without the parent display. It just never connected to the camera no matter how long we tried and all the different steps.

The all-in-one baby monitor you need!
This baby monitor is it! It has all the components that I want in a baby monitor especially as a first-time mom. The cry assist feature has been helpful in trying to decode why baby is fussy/upset. Really convenient that I can also control the monitor from my phone. The built in soother has been great with calming baby down when she's a little fussy and she's been able to get herself back to sleep without me needing to rock her. 10/10 recommend this monitor especially to first time parents! I was given this smart baby monitor to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Great monitor but miss the white noise!!
I was using the older version of the 360 monitor and really like it. We hired a nanny and wanted an option for a monitor that had a separate screen to use vs. using a phone or iPad so the nanny could use it. We moved the other monitor into our room for night time and have this monitor for his room during his naps. The main issue we have is that this monitor doesn’t have white noise :( we used this for every nap with the previous 360 monitor and now we had to buy a separate white noise machine. I’m hoping there’s a way for this to be updated with a software update! There is an issue with connectivity when using our phones via WiFi.

My new favorite monitor
This monitor was everything I was looking for in a monitor and a few things I didn't think to look for. First of all it's beautiful, which, although not the most important factor, isn't unimportant when you've carefully curated every other aspect of the nursery. It is also an incredibly clear picture both day and night that you can access securely through either your phone or the monitor screen depending on where you are. It also has a great Cry Assist feature that helps you to tell what your baby's cry means. It is a paid feature but with the first 6 months free, you have enough time to decide if the help is worth the fee to you or not. My only complaint is that I wish the volume and brightness controls were physical buttons on the side of the monitor instead of features through the menu, but it becomes fairly second nature quickly to navigate to them. Monitor wont charge
I bought this about a year ago. It worked great until about 2 months ago. The portable monitor only charges if you hold the cord a certain way. Now it says its fully charged (if you hold the cord a certain way) but as soon as you unplug it, or the cord moves, it dies. Very disappointing since ive only had it for about a year. Camera works great though. Great picture!
