Terrible quality. The parent monitor dies in about 45 minutes. Now it needs to be plugged in constantly to work. Go with another baby monitor. The cry assist really isn’t anything but stressful and not helpful.

Bad experience
Everything works fine except the main purpose of this product - the monitor screen gets offline and disconnects to the camera every few minutes! It’s disappointing and frustrating because we spend a lot of money for it. Hope someone from the support will see it and help us

Horrible Parent Screen /battery
I loved this monitor and then the parent screen stopped holding a charge. We thought it was just a one time thing and since we liked the monitor we decided to get another one. We have had the new one for a few months and now the parent screen is all black and won’t turn on. It’s extremely frustrating as this is the device we use for babysitters as we didn’t want them having access on their phones. There needs to be a major update or fix to this parent screen, we have to now consider a different brand for monitors.

Amazing Monitor
My family is loving this monitor! We have been using it for a little while now and the features are amazing. It was very easy to set up right out of the box. It is really nice having the option to use it through WiFi or not. We travel a lot, so it's nice not needing WiFi to use it. The app was easy to get set up and is nice to use if someone is watching the baby and I'm out of the house. Being able to move the view to any angle is great! The screen/picture is super clear and big and the sound is very clear. It's nice having the alerts for temperature, humidity, and cryassist. The cryassist is so intuitive and helpful with a new baby. This has really been perfect for all of our needs. I received this product complimentary from the Stellar Product Testing Panel for an honest review.

Truly excellent monitor
I received this smart monitor from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I recommend it. This is a very capable, advanced monitor that's also easy to use and understand. The sound and video quality are excellent. The picture is clear and precise, and the sound is equally strong. The 360 degree view is convenient- I've used it to angle back and forth from my child's crib to the adjacent rocking chair to check on things while another caregiver is rocking him. The CryAssist feature has been nice to use; although I'm usually diligent to keep a constant watch on the monitor, the CryAssist has been nice to use when I'm unable to keep an eye on it (for instance, while playing with my other child). The parent display is easy to use and pretty self-explanatory. It offers lots of settings options, like temperature and humidity detectors which you can set and adjust yourself, movement detection, and songs/sounds to play for baby. The picture on the parent display is huge compared to most, which I really appreciate. The camera can focus in on baby at a close range, or see an entire room when placed correctly; this is especially nice when kids grow and can move more freely around the room. I love the ability to take photos and videos with use of a microSD card as well. The accompanying app takes the convenience of this monitor through the roof. This allows me to keep an eye on baby with my phone, and leave the parent display monitor for caregivers. This gives me peace of mind, and also means I'm never far from a device to keep an eye on my child. (I can also take cute sleeping baby screenshots with my phone!) That versatility and convenience is hard to exceed for busy parents.

Fancy Monitor with Great Features
The Maxi-Cosi See Pro 360 monitor is easy to set up with clear instructions and a user-friendly QR code right on the box to help expedite the download and setup of the camera and monitor, as well as the app that allows remote access to the video feed. The quality of the video is crisp, with zoom capabilities and a very wide view lens allowing for monitoring of a large area or entire room if desired. There are microSD card ports in both the camera and the monitor allowing for photo and video storage, as well as an option to save media directly to your phone, and multiple caregivers can have remote access through the app if granted by the owner. There are small details such as little leather bindings for the power cords and a sleek design of both the camera and the monitor that make this item feel very high end. The capabilities of the camera to detect not only temperature but also humidity, and the pre-loaded soothing sounds make this a great sort of "multi-tool" in a parents toolbelt. Compared to the highly rated and popular monitor I purchased for my older daughter as a first time parent, this monitor has so many additional features that I love and didn't know I was missing, but am pleased to have access to now with my newborn. I am very pleased to be a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel which allowed me the opportunity to test and review this product.

Easy set up!
The monitor has great sound and visuals love that this product is HD! Settings are very easy to navigate and personalize. As first time parents we love the option to use a MICRO SD card to capture and keep memories. It's impressive and amazing that we have the option to play lullabies soothing sounds and to use the speaker for two way communication.

Monitor wont charge
I bought this about a year ago. It worked great until about 2 months ago. The portable monitor only charges if you hold the cord a certain way. Now it says its fully charged (if you hold the cord a certain way) but as soon as you unplug it, or the cord moves, it dies. Very disappointing since ive only had it for about a year. Camera works great though. Great picture!
