Terrible customer service

Bought way before Christmas, the day I ordered it it was to the wrong address so I contacted support and they told me their policy won't let me change the shipping address until it is shipped after I repeatedly said it won't ship due to incorrect address. After contacting them twice they finally said okay they'll return it. I got an email couple days later saying the item was being shipped so I contacted them again and they once again said they cant do anything until its shipped. Then UPS emailed me saying there is no address so they can not ship the item so once again I contacted macys support and they once again said they cant do anything about it until a week has gone by where its not delivered and I told support I bought the item on a christmas sale so would they atleast be able to give me that same sale even though Christmas has already passed and they said yes no problem. In January I was finally able to just cancel the item but now the item is no longer available. Extremely upset with this whole situation.
