Wrong item was sent to me

Something totally different was sent to me. I was hoping to use the electric knife for Thanksgiving now I can’t. A small proctor silex food chopper was sent instead.

Recommend Greatly

Looking forward to trying it out on my Thanksgiving Turkey next week. Solid machine with good grip, knives insert without any issues and not as loud as my last knife set. Would definitely recommend this product from Macy's. Packing and shipping was very good.
