Where is my order!

This was supposed to be delivered on 12/4. Yesterday. when I track it, the shipper states they received the info but have not received the item to be shipped from the seller. This is not the way customer service is supposed to work. You need to get your act together.

Unsafe and Poorly Designed

The bassinet is very unstable and tilts toward the sides, causing my baby to roll into the corners. This makes it unsafe to use and defeats the purpose of having a flat, secure sleeping surface. I would not recommend this product.
