Cool Mugs but Arrived with Scratches

I have Duralex drinking glasses that are excellent, so I thought I would try the mugs. Unfortunately, even though they had great style, they had scratches on them. The mugs were shrink-wrapped very tightly in the factory, so I think the mugs rubbed against each other while being shipped. If I could buy them off a shelf in person, I would buy them after seeing that they were OK.
