Not the product, Macy’s and its cronies

My current problem is with the product but with Macy’s and a third party seller called “Pro-Distributing”. Long story short, I got a great offer on Facebook to buy the product at a huge discount. When I followed up the link, the offer was to pay more than the listing price. Hard to know which was true. Clearly not to pay more. What kind of offer would that be? I closed windows and refreshed through FB. Scrolled a bit, and offer appeared again. Same two offers. This time I took screenshots, and decided to go through it and have Macy’s customer service correct it. After done, Macy’s refused to be involved saying that I had to deal with the distributor although ad followed and site used was macys.com. I did. Distributor refused and accused me of creating the image offer, which I did not. Then contacted Macy’s again to complain about that. They asked me to email a research department and expect a response in 2-3 days. It’s been 7 and no response has been provided. As mentioned in my email to them they have to be able to know what offers they have had at different moments in time and what prices have products been sold. I have been a long time client and once or twice have had claims to make. All successful as the mistakes where theirs, as this one is. Shame. Third parties can be shady like this one is, but Macy’s lack of ownership and response? Disappointing and rude. Shame it has come to this.

Other occasion to buy:If you want them to listen to music, they are just perfect, but for running, it does not slide very easily.

They are good but very small and it slides out of your head when you are exercising just for music and not moving too much.

Amazing headphones

I received these Beats Solo 4 complementary from influencer and beats. I was so extremely excited to get these. The sound quality is exceptional. The set up was so easy portability of the headphones is amazing. You’re able to break them down and put them in a pouch and take them anywhere on the go battery. Life is exceptional. They last for days without having to recharge and extremely durable while in my work bag or my gym bag while on the go. I was extremely happy with these and I’ll definitely be using these in the future.

Good on ear headphones

I’ve never been a big fan of on ear headphones, but these ones were better than I expected. They sound good. Didn’t have any issues with the microphone or people hearing me the sound switch between my phone and laptop without any issues. Pairing was super easy.
