Disappointing Cuisinart

I was very disappointed with the performance of this carving knife. I expected it to be much sharper and slice very easily which it did not.

Great Carving Set

Marketed as a 3‑piece set but really two tools plus a knife sheath. I used it on a 21 lb rib roast at Thanksgiving, and it carved smoothly and cleanly. Ideal for turkeys or large cuts of meat, it performs beautifully and adds an elegant touch to the holiday table presentation.
