Poor Shipping

It came free floating around the shipping box and was dented. It is a super tiny breakable chain. I am returning it.

Just an unfortunate experience.

I received the wrong item and when I went to the closest Macy's to return it, the staff was obviously confused as they didn t have the item I received in the store stock. However, they courteously ended up returning my money. I did not reorder the heart because I didn t want to go through the same returning experience in case I had to.
