Just okay…

From the photos I expected a wider seat. They’re definitely not for sitting in and watching a movie. When not reclining, the chair tips backward a bit even sitting upright making your knees a little higher than your hips. My feet don’t touch the ground. Reclining feature works fine. Not sure what zero gravity is supposed to feel like but I’m not getting it in this chair. ;) The usb port is very slow in charging the phone but it does charge it. The heat didn’t work. The connection was faulty and appeared to have been squashed either before or during shipping. The massaging feature works fine, I just don’t like that when you first turn it on, all the massaging turns on and you need to turn off what you don’t want, to get what you do want. All in all, it’s a reclining chair that is just okay. I was hoping for a comfy, massaging recliner and didn’t really get it with this one.
