Beautiful color images!

I had been searching for an ink tank printer that accurately prints the colors that I see on my retina screen. The MAXIFY Mega Tank GX2020 actually does it, with perfect colors and crisp results. That plus duplex printing, and really fast multi-sheet scanning, makes this a superior choice! I strongly recommend it!!

Pleased with setup, usage, and performance so far

I thought setup of the printer & PC software was easy and well guided. I find the printer and scanner easy to use. I especially appreciate how I can scan multiple double-sided pages by running them through the ADF, turning them over and running them through again - and the software automatically creating the PDF with the pages in the right order. Am happy with the network cable connectivity, even though I don't remember it being listed.

Made only for experts

Never have I ever been able to print within 20 minutes. YES, it is obviously my fault but I have had at least 10 of the other brands in my 40 years of work and home computing/printing. Still cannot get my computer to stay connected to my printer GX2020. I think it has something to do with the two ways to connect, thru the router or direct to the computer. This should not require an expert.

Good but

Great printer however it's temperamental in its wireless function. It requires manual restart to get it to reconnect.

Horrible

Absolute piece of crap. Bought it last night but cannot get it past filling the ink. It keeps telling me there is insufficient ink. Won't override that. Won't go to the home page or any other screen. Cannot link to it from my phone or computer to access the maintaining screen. Do no buy this.

Instructions should be written for an EIGHT YEAR OLD vs a high tech.

1. Need better instructions for printing photographs. More instructions should be printed on tray. 2. Buttons on panel requires pushing down hard. 3. Window to show ink color level NOT clear.
