A little too small

The pants were made a little too small. It was slim fitting instead of regular fit. The pants were also 1 inch too short in length. I bought pants similar to this five years ago, which was a size medium, and it was a little bigger and longer. These new pants that I ordered were made on the smaller end rather than the way they were five years ago.
