Disappointed

Disappointed and Frustrated! The Blue lever is supposed to work on a new machine in order to thread the lower looper. Well it didn’t! I’ve sewed with brother machines for years and still hoping they machine a better serger!

Never again

I have been sewing for 50 yrs. NEVER have I had a machine so Loud & Really so difficult to thread- Yes, Unless you have tweezers - almost impossible.

Where Are ALL the Presser Feet!

I was so excited and looking forward to receiving my Brother ST4031HD Strong and Tough Serger until, upon unboxing the serger, I discovered THREE presser feet were missing...the pearl, piping and taping feet! I should have received everything included with this serger. This is not good, Brother. Give your customers what they paid in full for!

Machine is a beast

Have many years using various machines. Juki, Singer etc. I operate this machine hours everyday serging heavy material. I'm amazed at the speed and quality this machine provides. Highly recommend.

Love my Brother Serger!

I've been sewing on this serger for several months now. Have used it to make masks, curtains, and handkerchiefs. No matter the type of fabric or the number of fabric layers, it has consistently performed well. Just love working with my serger!
