Almost perfect

Shipment came fast but when I opened the box there was a broken piece on 1 of the straps for the extra cushion. Reached out to the seller but still nothing. The chair is exactly what I was expecting and needed. Disappointed that I am still waiting for a response.

purchased this chair for my husband and he loves it

Poorly made/ low quality

Would not recommend. The armrests are different heights, not able to tighten one of the armrest. Noticeable lean to the right, the footrest, hard sigh. On a positive note, the chair is easy to put together. The description of the chair isn’t what was received. Regret this purchase.
