Unprofessional

I bough this item and I never received, I called Macys customer service but they said they do not have a way to contact the vendor I should do it. It does not make sense they sell an external vendor item without any support or guarantee, I tried to get a refund same case they have to way to the vendor approve the refund. What a shameful company support.

the furniture set was missing pieces. I have emailed Macy's and the seller NUMEROUS times trying to obtain the 2 missing pieces and have received NO response.

Poor patio furniture

Way too small, not what I thought I was getting. I ordered 2 sets one for me and one for my mom. Unfortunately, I could only return one back since the other was put together and box it came in was thrown away. Not happy at all
