Coffee stains the mug

I purchased a similar Tervis mug (camping mug) for coffee. In just a few short months the mug is so stained with coffee. I thought the quality of the other Tervis products I own, it would not stain. I really want to buy the Dallas mug since I am a Die Hard fan but I don't want to spend the money on something that will stain so quickly.

Hi! You may try a very small amount of baking soda and wash with a soft, wet cloth as soon as you see the haze to avoid permanent discoloration to your tumbler. If the haze or discoloration is permanent you are welcome to send the tumbler in for replacement.
