Nonstick coating came off on second use

This is the second time I used this roaster and the nonstick coating bubbled up. This was on the bottom inside of the roasting pan. I had a turkey breast on the roasting rack but was afraid to serve it after seeing the toxic coating coming up.

Product 5 ⭐ Customer Service 1 Star ⭐

Turkey Roaster, Bowls, & Pyrex Containers are all quality products. Customer Service, trying to find someone to pay for items was problematic. Need to make Customer Service Check Out Accessible, it would be nice to have sales person acknowledge Customer and offer help. Your Automated Service to pay on account is useless. Unable to find accounts, Disconnected multiple times. Human Rep, Polite but unable to speak or understand English. 1 Star ⭐ review for Customer Service.

Very disappointing

We used this exactly once and were careful not to use abrasive scrubbers or metal tools to avoid damaging the nonstick surface. Even so, the nonstick covering came off in multiple places of the bottom pan. The rack does not seem to have sustained any damage. I thought I was getting a great deal, but I would not have purchased it if I knew it was a single use item!
