pans

I was hoping that was a mistake and that the wrong set of pan were sold and delivered to me. I have never had it that bad. the pans started peeling off the same day I started using them and the window for return was already close. total waste of my money. I do not recommned this product.

Not worth it!

My frying pans went in about 4 months. The company was completely non-responsive to my request to have them replaced, even after 10 emails. To Macy's credit, when a salesperson heard my story, she rectified the situation, and the damaged pans were replaced in a couple of weeks. Only a year later, and all the pots are in bad shape. I think they are not worth replacing. I am going back to the tools of the trade. The only thing you really need is a nonstick frying pan or grill pan. Tools of the trade, you can do anything to and spray them with Easy-Off, and they are like new again. I can't be bothered with fighting with these people to honor their lifetime guarantee.

Hybrid, more like a wok.

Not what I was looking for. The description really doesn’t say it’s a hybrid, it’s more like a wok than a frying pan. Totally worthless to me. Considering I would’ve had to pay for shipping, buy a box from UPS I sold it to my neighbor for 50 bucks. The bottom of the pan which is 12 inches in diameter is barely 8 inches flat, it’s worthless.
