Almost perfect coffee maker
I bought this coffee maker to replace my Hamilton Beach Flex Brew. I've had the Flex Brew for about 2 years later they break and I got tired of replacing them. So I shopped around and found this one. A little more than I normally pay but if it is worth it great. Does not use pods which is a disappointment, I thought until it was delivered and I made my first cup of coffee using fresh ground beans. The scoop that was included makes the perfect cup or pot of coffee. The warmer is perfect keeping my coffee warmer longer at just the right temperature. I am big into Iced Tea so looking forward to trying that. So far this machine has been the perfect replacement for my other coffee maker. And it looks beautiful on my counter. A win, win!

Coffee measurement don't measure up. Instructions are hard to understand. Trying to register the coffee maker on line very difficult.

Great coffee pot - recommend
Love all the features. Had to test several settings to get the cups to the OZ for single, half and full. But love all the levels and the hot water dispenser. Only item to be aware of, have to take the coffee filter out before using just the water. No separate water dispenser. But has all the great features. I do not use the filter, tried it but coffee did not come out the same taste. But that is just me so I use the filter. Can fill the water dispenser, and then the settings disperses the right amount of water based on the setting. Just remember to set the OZ you want. Best coffee pot I bought, worth the money especially with my rewards.

Just what we were looking for. Coffee is hotter and we can use a cup (different sizes) or the carafe unlike our old coffee maker. Seems well made and worth the cost.

Braun more reliable products, constant H2O issue!!
I am so disappointed. I bought these coffee maker a few months ago and while it worked beautifully, it is now broken and with no support in sight. Braun support, through a third party, began the troubleshooting ticket three to 4 weeks ago. I have supplied evidence that the H2O error simply won't go away. I have done all resets, basket you name it, the machine simply boils water uninterrupted and then the water (H2o) error returns. It had become a 20 minute daily routine and it simply will not stop given me the error in spite of my attempts to follow every article and piece of information found in the item's literature. I have given up on this coffee maker and bought a french press while we sort this out. I mean, the coffee maker lasted 5 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great brewing options.
Makes perfect coffee with gold selection. Love that you don't have to use pods for single server. Love that I can make half pot of coffee.

E 21 error impossible to fix
after less than 2 years of use the screen shows E21 and does not work so Frustrating . I used to love Braun products but this coffee maker has something wrong.
