"Fully-forged" but fragile. Disappointing support.

I purchased these knives based on the promise of "Precision and Durability," but they failed a basic stress test. A single drop from counter height resulted in the handle shattering and the blade snapping—something a high-quality, fully-forged knife should be able to withstand without catastrophic failure. More disappointing is the customer service. Despite their marketing claims, they refused to honor the warranty, calling this "user error" rather than a material defect. If you value a company that stands behind its "essential tools," look elsewhere.

6” Chef Knife is very sharp out of the box and stays sharp. I just purchased one for my sister for Christmas and she loved it. Great knife for someone with smaller hands.

Excellent Knife

I liked this knife so much I bought one for my sister. Feels great in the hand, blade is strong. Not the finest slicer, but that's if I'm being picky. Slices very well. I use this knife ever day.
