Ceramic Cooking

This stir fry pan is very well made, and is balanced nicely. The main cooking, heating surface, is somewhat small, and does not heat up too well on an electric stove. Wish I had natural gas, but I don't, so I'm still getting used to this pan. All and all, I am happy to be cooking healthier.

I love it!
