Wrong items in correct packaging.

Ordered a three pack of xl shirts. Received a box labeled 3 xl shirts but items inside were two medium sized shirts. Crazy! Returning obviously.

Didn’t receive my order

I did order 2 items from Macys on March 8th did received 1 but this item never arrive and tracking info keeps saying delayed but when I contacted customer care they told me to wail until March 17 to either cancel for a refund or re order the item but when I call on the 17th they told me that my time frame to earlier to either cancel or reorder and now I have to wait until March 23rd, I don’t know who’s playing games here but I’m still waiting on my order and I was already charged for I had had same issue from other stores and they never let me wait more than a week before they either cancel or resend my orders so I’m really disappointed with Macys.

Never again

Yeah im done with Macys online ordering I saw a review that said didn’t receive my package and I’m like dang that’s wild, I get and email saying your package has been delivered only to walk outside with no package delivered. I waited two more days no package, hopefully they not running schemes inside job bullcrap.
