Leaked at installation

Unfortunately, the plastic failed and produced a small leak which your service rep blamed on my plumber. I live with the leak by putting a bin under cartridge canister and taking up water with a rage (works as leak is small) I paid a lot for my plumber and the problem was not of his making. He used the plumbers tape. It's exhausting trying to keep up with the problems. Well. . . you asked!
