Great watch, great service

This purchase was to replace a Citizen watch I've enjoyed for many years. The new watch is just what I wanted, and it arrived quickly after order. Most especially, I greatly appreciated the time taken by the nice person at the jewelry counter at Macy's in King of Prussia, PA, who quickly and efficiently re-sized the band of my new watch at no cost.
