Great Large Frypan

The Valencia Pro 12” frypan is very nice looking, well made and heavy. The handle is comfortable. The ceramic nonstick surface works as it should.

Hoping it Works this time

I am giving this a five star rating being optimistic This is my second pan and the first one stopped its non stick within several months. Why I am giving this brand a second chance I don't know. However I'm keeping the receipt this time for a warranty. Then again if it stops working how do I prove that it was caused by my use not the pan, I can't, but this is all I can afford at this time..

Best pans for beginners or seasoned cooks

I have been cooking for many years. I have used a huge variety of different pans throughout. This is one of my favorite across the board. I use it for on stove top cooking, oven cooking, stove top and finishing in the oven. It cleans easily. The only other pans I love more are my cast iron. I highly recommend any of the pots/pans from Green Pan—this is my 8th piece-I keep losing them to adult children who have decided they love them also!

I love these pans!

Valencia Pro Stainless Fry pans

These are the original 2 pans and work great. Like my review of the 12 inch pan I bought after these they were the slickest non-stick I have ever owned. Love the covers since I can see them cooking.
