Awful Customer Service

Seconds after placing my order, I realized that it was being shipped to an incorrect address. In the Chat window, I requested a cancellation so I could re-order with the correct address. The agent assured me it was cancelled (it was not), and it shipped to the wrong address and I was still billed for the purchase...

Save the Earth

Holds two cups of hot coffee. I live in a senior committee with a cafe. Many residents use cups that are not recyclable. I am happy not to contribute to the trash.
