Sturdy, non toxic

Very sturdy, even heating. large and deep enough to stir fry my veggies for a family of 7. I prefer this than the wok. I replaced my toxic teflon I used for so many years! Seems it will last more than the previous one

No longer looking for the “perfect” braiser.

I should have purchased this pan a long time ago. If you like stainless steel, then you need this one for sure. Cooks and heats evenly. Love the stove top to oven capability, and at 6 quarts, it holds enough for a family with room for leftovers! Easy clean up, as with any stainless steel, and a good weight. If you are putting off purchasing this braiser, do yourself a favor. Just go ahead and get it. I truly don’t think you will be sorry.

Completely Satisfied with Tramontina Tri Ply pan

This pan is so versatile. It can go from stove top to the oven. I have made roasted vegetables, roasted chicken, minestrone soup and pancakes. I love it.

Far Beyond My Expectations

I am blown away by the quality and craftsmanship of this braiser.Wow! The quality is top notch. The weight is amazing. It's not too heavy and it's far above flimsy. The finish is so beautiful. I'm obsessed. I need more of this brand.
