Very good quality.

Sturdy. Heats evenly. Very roomy if you’re cooking a large quantity. Just wish Tramontina wasn’t out of the 12 quart size.

Quality is Key

I had been looking for a quality stockpot to replace a poor quality pot that I had been using for years. After looking online at comparison reviews I decided to look more closely at Tramontina's products. After looking at what they offered, great reviews, and what was on sale I decided to buy both an 8qt and 12qt stockpot. I've already made my first batch of soup and was pleased with how it heated up, nothing burned and the clean up was easy. This is a quality product which I am sure to have for a very long time. Hooray!

12 Quart Stainless Steel Covered Stock Pot

I am very happy with my purchase. I use this primarily to make soups and stocks. It is the perfect size to hold all ingredients without overcrowding and it conducts heat very well. It cleans up very well and I have not noticed any scorching or discoloration.

All Clad vs Tramontino.

I make 24 quarts of seafood gumbo every January. I use a 16 Qt. All Clad and your 16 Quart Tramontino. I honestly can’t tell the difference. The same exact results. This purchase is for a friend’s Christmas gift.
