Not so great

I bought 2 of these chairs and while one of them is in good condition the other one came defective. I put them together and the defective one had a loud cracking sound when you move backwards or to the sides. I had to return it but the biggest surprise came when I was trying to disarm it to put it back in the box, the base of the chair was impossible to remove even though it was too easy to put together. I had to become creative to carefully put it back in one piece inside the box. I opt to put 3 stars because one the of chairs still working properly, but I'm still disappointed specially with the hassle during the return process.
