Don’t waste your money
I was so excited to start using this and after 2 weeks, I’m not impressed. The silicone bristles on the cleansing side are rough on the skin. I wish there was a timer for each session. There is still makeup residue left behind even after 5 min of cleansing. I have been using a Clarisonic Mia for many years and it removes all traces of makeup. The red light side is annoying because if the device accidentally doesn’t touch your skin, it shuts down a the 3 min timer restarts. The device in general is cumbersome. I’m realizing that holding a device for 20 min, making sure it doesn’t accidentally leave the skin, is not worth it to me. I should have went with a red light mask instead.

I lost my previous un-named cleaning device in a move. So, I started looking to replace it. Even though I loved my old device, I decided to do some research first. I am so glad I did! I user got it today and used it for the first time. My skin feels amazing! So soft. I love love love the red light!! After I used it, my husband without prompting said your face has a nice glow to it! I can’t wait to see my skin in a few weeks!

Amazing and Fast Results
My 60 plus year old skin is responding so well to the LED red lights. It's particularly impressive under the jaw and neck. Immediate results are even more pronounced the next day. Horizontal drape like folds under jaw to neck disappeared after just 1 treatment where I repeatedly placed the lights to cover the entire neck and under jaw. It also has lifted or plumped out the droopy folds from nose down about 70 or 80% after 2 treatments with repeated placement to cover the entire side of my face from top of check down and from nose to ear. I did not expect such dramatic results. There was no irritation from using this. It's easy to use while working on the computer or watching tv. If you're older and have loose skin under your jaw and on neck, I encourage you to try this and see for yourself the results you'll get.

Great Features Hard to Charge
I really like the PMD Clean Redvolution. I enjoy the cleansing brush and the red light treatment. However, it is extremely difficult to charge. The charging cable does not go into the port easily. It wants to pop out. The port is so tight and I have to use so much pressure to push it in it feels as if it’s going to break! And my fingers are really sore from the whole process!

Thank you so much for sharing! The port feels tight because of the silicone seal to keep it waterproof. Just make sure to push the charger in firmly until it stops – it usually sits about 1/8" from the bottom. We are sorry that you found it difficult, but it is for the safety of your PMD Clean Redvolution.
Happy face
I have been enjoying my 20 minutes of personal spa morning time (sometimes evening), with my new PMD Revolution facial product. My face feels refreshed afterwards leaving me satisfied with this purchase. My only question after using a cleansing cream and washing your face with the cleansing side of the wand do you clean it by immersing it under the faucet and if so does it affect the red light therapy side?

Thank you for sharing your great experience with the PMD Clean Redvolution. Great question, too! After using the cleansing side, just be sure to avoid fully submerging the device in water. It has to get wet for the cleansing of the skin, but it should never sit in water, or be kept in the shower.
Red light Drags on skin causing more wrinkles
Promotional reviews should be banned. I thought this was a good idea based on promotional reviews. It’s not. The brush works great, but the red light when used after cleaning your skin pulls on your skin. It does not glide. Does more harm than good. Be wary when the majority of reviews are promotional.

The Clean Redvolution is designed with a touch sensor feature that is made to be in contact with the skin during treatment--this doesn't, however, mean that it needs to be dragged across the skin--nor should it be. For the best treatment and results, the red light therapy should be held to the skin and stay in place in that area. This allows for the full benefit of red-light therapy to that specific treatment area. Once the treatment area is complete, lift the device and move to the next area of the skin. We do not recommend dragging or sweeping the light across the skin for two reasons. 1) the touch sensor could lose contact, and the light will not be activated the entire time, 2) the red-light benefits are not as powerful when in constant motion. The light therapy will have the best treatment when directed to one treatment area at a time.
Love PMD
Love my PMD Clean Redvolution. It cleans much better. I laso use it fof when i have TMJ Pain and it helps relieve the pain.
