Never received item

Purchased this item 2.5 weeks ago and have not received. Additionally, I have not heard back from customer service.

Ordered wrong thing, lost $10.00 in shipping

Be careful when ordering, I was charged $10.00 shipping cost, received my order and it wasn't what I thought it was, paid 50.00 for it, and upon returning it, I will only receive 38.00 dollars on my refund. I haven't even opened the box. I realized the mistake when it was in transit. Just not worth buying buying anything online at Macy's. Make sure before you order

Stokke YOYO cup holder

Easy to attach, feels sturdy, and holds most cups. The wide Yetis or the giant Stanleys might prove too much for it, but most to go cups and regular size water bottles/cups will fit.
