large pull in back

The towel wasn't as soft as expected compared to other brands I've purchased, and unfortunately, there's a large run in the back. My husband won't return it since it was a gift, which is frustrating.

Wrong wrong wrong

It's probably a nice towel - but I never actually took it out of the plastic. I ordered sage green and they sent me some purple thing. Do you seriously have color blind people working for you or what? This was shipped directly from the vendor, not Macy's, so it's not really a reflection on Macy's, except perhaps they have relationships with questionable vendors. Anyway - HUGE difference between green and purple. I took it back and while not be reordering as I have no trust that the vendor will send the right color.
