Great when it works

I've had this unit for 3 months, I decided to use it for the first time last week, it works ok, but the tip keeps popping up n water leaks everywhere, no matter what tip Inuse it's the same way, I've tried everything from the instructions to google, to YouTube, still doing the same thing, I tried to contact the company, but no response so I figure I'll leave a review as to what my issues are with hopes they will respond..

Better than what I thought

But actually works very well. It's very powerful. Of course my dentist said I shouldn't replace flossing traditionally with this, but I feel like I could because it works so well.

Many options as far as pulse speed/pressure.

Many options as far as pulse/pressure. Like the blue light sterilizing option ( my old one was always moldy). Hold more water too.

Flosser

It's okay. The LED light needs to be brighter to see the different levels and water pressure could be stronger so that I don't floss twice to feel like I have a good cleaning.

Great quality!

Works great - easy to use and provides good water pressure. Lots of tips provided, and the unit itself feels durable. Not too loud, and is easy to operate and clean. The fact that it has a built in sterilizer is AMAZING. Really great little flosser.

Love the portableness, but runs out of water quick.

I like how it's portable and it holds a long charge. The display is bright and has lot of information. Built in UVC sterilization is a plus. However, even though the reservoir is big, and I'm using soft level 1, it runs out of water pretty fast. Maybe it's my targeting because I can't get something stuck in the back of my teeth out. My old water pick had a better distribution.
