Broke in a month!

I was very excited for my new rabbit! Unfortunately it started to slow down by the 5th or 6th time i used it. Last week the spring popped out and the top/screw is useless. I missed my return window by a few days so maybe it was just a dud but I can’t exchange. Expensive tool for not too many uses. Don’t buy.

Wine opener - totally disappointed

I cannot rate this item because it was not delivered to me. I would have given it zero stars, if that were possible. Instead I received a totally different item, which I had to mail back to Macy's in order to get a refund. When I requested to receive my wine opener, on the phone with customer service, I was assured I would receive it. Later, I received an email that I would not because it is out of stock. You could have just told me that in the first place. Very disappointing, Macy's.

Easy to use however, it is advertised as an electric wine opener and it is not. It is battery operated.
