Bad experience of buying furniture online
There seems to be a systematic disconnect with regard to the furniture sold online with as the seller for the furniture is NOT Macy's but a 3rd party vendor who did not get my order cancellation prior to shipment. Once I got the delivery for which I have cancelled the order, it's a nightmare to return them as I could not return them to the Macy's store, and I have to mail them back! I won't buy furniture from Macy's online anymore, period!
