In some cases, sticking can occur if the pan is preheated too long while empty, used over excessively high heat, or if a small amount of oil or butter isn’t applied (ceramic nonstick surfaces typically perform best on low to medium heat with light lubrication). Residue buildup from previous use can also affect release over time.

Form over function.

This pan was a Christmas gift and after 8 months of use I am prepared to say what I have been thinking since it was about a month old… This is the most over-priced and underperforming “non-stick” pan I have ever used. I’m not sure why but everything sticks to this. Unless you use a ton of oil just about anything sticks pretty much immediately. Not to mention that it is difficult to clean. Ready to say goodbye to all of the frustration and get something that actually works.

Great Griddle

I have used the griddle to make grilled chicken and pancakes both came out perfect. The long handle is nice so it doesn’t get too hot. Very easy to clean I love it.

Bad quality!

It doesn't work got black the first time used don't buy it your going to waste your money the tortillas stick to the griddle and got burn

It doesn't work to make tortillas

It doesn't work to make tortillas. first time used got a black spots and the tortillas get stick to the griddle it seems to me a very good material but it doesn't.

Very happy with purchase

These pans cook evenly, clean so nicely and the tops fit on great. Was looking for a healthier cooking optio. For my family and I am very happy with this purchase, switched all my analon pots/pans for these.
