Switched to Calphalon Ceramic and left PFAS Behind

We are delighted with our Calphalon Ceramic Nonstick 12" with lid. It is a great size, spanning small-to-large meal preparation. We have several Calphalon Ceramic cookware, from small saucepans to large casserole dishes, and appreciate the durability of this nonstick technology without the concern for PFAS compounds.

My new favorite pan.

Great pan. Recently purchased the Premier Ceramic set and love it. Went with the premier because we use our cookware heavily. We wanted a larger pan and found this one. We got it on sale and it’s a bargain. Would probably buy it again at full price. Use it to sear steak, fried or scrambled eggs, a little bit of everything. Cleaning is a breeze. Even on scrambled eggs that can sometimes really stick, rinses right off. The handles rivets need a little more scrubbing, but the ceramic cleans right off. Trying to not use metal utensils, though we have. No major scratches. Time will tell how well it holds up. Several months in though we couldn’t be happier.

Good stuff, but not their best.

This is the most inexpensive skillet I’ve bought in several years. It was about 1/2 the price of the one I was replacing. I like that it is very easy to clean, but it doesn’t cook as evenly as I would like. But, it is definitely worth the price I paid.
