Ok...

Nice but the seat cushion isn't fluffy enough. I got a bruise on my butt in one day from the metal pipe it sits on. I have had to add cushion to make it enjoyable.

Very Cheap

The Back of the chair won’t stay up when you lean on it. You can’t adjust the chair to a sitting position and I really need the support for my back. The material is very cheap and not well done. The cushioning is very thin and will be flat in no time. All around a bad investment for the price. It should be one of the 29.99 chairs. First order and will not recommend.

My husband loves it

This was his early Christmas gift and he loves it especially because he works remotely and is seating 90% of the time. This chair helps ease the pain on his back while he is working that¡¯s definitely a plus. He says it¡¯s very comfortable and steady, he also enjoys the fact that he can put his feet up. Great chair indeed.

AWESOME OFFICE CHAIR!!

I love this office chair, I bought it in white and it's super classy and attractive! The massage is a HUGE bonus. It was easy to put together for my boyfriend and it works just the way they advertise this chair should. I highly recommend if you've been looking for a while, or just started looking, to stop here and purchase this one - you'll be happy that you did! I know that I am and I'm hugely PICKY!

Better Instructions

Funny thing looking at the picture, I only see one lever. Instructions were hard to find. I originally thought omitted. Pictures in instruction book poor (The seat did not look like a seat). Very poor instructions regarding the 2 levers. I called support and I complained that the back of the chair would not stay in place, I almost got a free chair. I was offered full refund and I did not have to return the chair. I guess I should of accepted the offer. I finally figured out the problem. The chair is OK
