A foul odor

After a few months an odor has developed in the blades compartment. It’s a foul odor hard to describe. The wet shave is excellent and cleaned with hot water after every use

Did not deliver a better shaving process for me.

I have used Norelco 3000 series shavers for decades but thought I should try a better model. I need to trim around my mustache and beard as well as shaving face and neck. The cutting blades on the 3000 series allow for easy trimming, but the cutting blades on the 7000 series are not near the edge of the shaving head and make trimming more difficult. Shaving the face and neck works well and there are no problems with that process. Pop-up trimmer seems less effective on this model as well.

Smooth sailing, worth buying, neck are issues

Smooth Sailing and a close shave with no pulling. The only place I have trouble is sometimes it is hard in the neck are with having to go over it several times however this could be the shape of your skin. Overall is good shaver and would say go for it and buy it.

Shaves close and it's quiet.

I love this razor. For decades I've used the kind with a single foil thinking this couldn't possibly work but after cutting my face with a broken foil for the umteenth time I bought this. It shaves much closer, is much quieter, interesting that it will shave with save cream also but I haven't tried that. I like that I clean it with water and the battery live is good. The only think I'm not wild about is that after washing it, I keep it open to air dry which makes me worried that it could be easily damaged. Don't know if I could just close it up wet or not but open to dry seems better.
