Product never arrived
I placed the order in the last week of November with the scheduled delivery being noted December 5th. The day came around with no arrival so I reached out to customer service who just said the date had changed to December 11th. Few days after I tracked the package again for it to note “returning to sender” so I called again. I had asked what I had to do on my end to have this corrected as I had two other packages delivered prior with no problem. I was told nothing, the package would arrive. The day came again and yet nothing. This time around I was told there was nothing that could be done as the product was no longer available and the only option would be a refund. Very upsetting.
