I bought this because it was by Farberware. but was disappointed when reading instructions that high heat would damage the product. I can't use it for steaks, chops, or chicken. Very disappointed.

Farberware non-stick frying pan

The Farberware Forged Induction Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan 12.25 Inch is pretty impressive. The food cooks evenly and quickly. The pan is easy to clean. The only downside was I found the handle got warm making it uncomfortable to handle without and mitt.

It’s non stick

Got the item the other day. Used it immediately after washing in warm water. It is as described. The handle is colored gold, which make it more appeasing. It came in the right size and it heated well and cooked well, without any thing sticking to the pan. It’s very easy wash and dry and store. I used my other lid covers to cover the pan. I recommend this item.

Nice and easy!

It is so light for a 12" pan that it is the only one I could handle! It has just enough edge height to prevent unexpected spill. Highly recommended!
