This thing is garbage

Do not buy this piece of crap. In owning it for 4 months, I think it’s only completed one single job without getting stuck. Today I picked up everything off the ground and made sure there wasn’t a single obstacle. It figured out how to hop the closet door rail and get into the closet, but then couldn’t get out. It sat there stuck until I got home. I removed it and closed all closet doors and continued it. By then the battery was low. So after a couple of hours to recharge it started again. This time it worked itself behind an open door and got itself stuck again. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Roborock Qrevo is Garbage

Wheels go bad every 6 months and need to be sent in for repair, since it needs to he taken completely apart to service, and warranty repairs take over a month. Go with a better brand

Units of measure

Have had the QRevo Pro for a while. Satisfied overall, but doesn't appear capable of changing units from meters to feet.

Life Changer

So happy with ours, I bought one for my mom as well. Just set it and go - change the water once a week, and I never have to worry about dirt on the floor for my grandson again.

Great helper

I truly enjoy this little robot. I am glad I bought the self-cleaning and mopping program. It helps me to keep my rugs and floors tidy. I sweep areas where the robot can’t fit and in the deep corners prior starting the robot. I love this Roborock.

Overall a good cleaning robot!

We bought the machine about 1.5 years ago. In general love it, but sometimes it doesn't clean the corners very well. We do have 2 dogs so their fur do tend to get stuck in the roller section and sometimes in the suction before entering the waste bag. At this point we would have to manually unclog the area. But overall it does clean and vacuum pretty good, just sometimes I would have to mop again after the machine has passed. After 1.5 year the front wheel did break off the wheel detaches when it goes over furnitures.

Roborock Qrevo Pro

So, after much consideration, comparing and contrasting, and researching what would work best for my home, I’m very happy with my purchase. Very much surprised to see that this unit was on sale and available for me to purchase through Macy’s. It’s taking me a minute to figure it out, how it works and how it’s mapping my home, but it worth it. While it’s mapping my home right now, I’m learning about my unit and spending my realizing ohhhh that’s how it’s being done lol. Overall excited and my son, who’s 11, was very helpful and ecstatic to help me put it together. Love it
