Low quality

Good sound and quality but only for 3 weeks. They started to make rushing noise and they also do not have a good fit. I never had such porblems with some other in ears wich ich extremly disappointing if you think about the quality sennheiser is promissing to have/give but i did not felt any of it even my 5 year old teufel in ears are still better then these. I was very hyped and excited to get them but now i just dont want any of these produkts again. Also for the money you pay they should have way better support for such things.

Connectivity is Awful

I bought my Momentum TW4s about six months ago and was very excited to give them a try; I had heard great things about Sennheiser’s sound quality and fit and I couldn’t wait to try them myself. While I can say the sound and ANC are quite good, I have been unable to consistently use this product because they simply will not reliably connect to any device. I fight with these earbuds legitimately every other time I attempt to use them, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason for how to resolve their connectivity issue (forgetting the device and re-pairing, reinstalling firmware updates, draining the battery, etc.). Now, six months in, I am completely unable to connect these earbuds to any device. Perusing online message boards, it sounds like this is a common issue for users. This has been so disappointing because I do really like the sound quality, but I don’t know how I can buy another Sennheiser product after this one.

Easy to Set Up, Comfortable Fit, and Amazing Sound

These headphones were very straightforward to set up. It took a couple of minutes for them to appear on Bluetooth, but once they did, pairing was quick and hassle-free. I really like that they include multiple earbud sizes — everyone’s ears are different, and the standard size felt slightly large for me, so having smaller options made a big difference in comfort. The charging case feels solid and well made without being bulky, which is great for carrying in a bag or pocket. Sound quality is excellent, and the noise cancellation genuinely works. I tested it on the lowest setting and could faintly hear someone talking nearby, but the words weren’t clear at all. If you’re looking to fully tune out and enjoy music, podcasts, or calls without distractions, these headphones do the job perfectly.

Great sound, one bud stopped working

Love the sound but after less than one year one bud stopped working. Tried all the troubleshooting steps from support page. Still not working.
