Alignment

The pillow is a bit shorter than expected and due to the slick outside case it is constantly sliding out of position. Every time I move my head just a little bit or at times I don't it seems to have a life of its own. It keeps sliding away from me. Can't really enjoy it due to having to constantly make corrections due to it sliding away.

Awesome value. Firm, just what I wanted

This pillow replaces my current firm neck roll and I'm extremely pleased with the quality and firmness, just like the pillow it replaced. It minimizes the chance of waking up with a stiff neck for side sleepers. I comes compressed and expands to stated sized once taken out of package; like most memory foam does when shipped. I'm glad I didn't listen to other negative reviews and ordered it. Extremely happy with this purchase.

the pillow is pretty and if you are buying for decorative purposes only, it will do... But it is too hard to use for the neck/head pain relief/help.

while it is a nice pillow, it is not for me.. I have neck problems and this pillow is TOO HARD for me. i bought the medium /standard. will keep but just for decoration purposes.
