don't know about the pillow yet but the shipping of the pillow the box it was in the bag that The box was in look like it been through the ringer. oh dirty and trashy looking and the box seem to have been open. it didn't even come in a Macy's bag so why didn't I come into Macy's bag and why was the bag and the box so shaggy looking? I'm thinking about sending it back just because of the bag in the box being all shaggy looking I don't even want to open the pillow. If it was delivered like it should have been in a Macy's bag and the box in the bag that it came in was not all raggedy shaggity looking then yes I would recommend it but not now.

Where are they

I have been waiting since November 13th for two of these roll pillows to be delivered. I wanted them for Christmas gifts. I received communication from Macy’s saying that they could not be canceled and that they were delayed until December 2. It’s December 20 now, and they are on sale for a fraction of what I paid for them. What is going on Macy’s?
